The only way out is through.

The only way through is to stick together.

The only way to stick together is to act with integrity.

The only way to act with integrity is to be yourself.

The only way to be yourself is to be true.

The only way to be true is to be authentic.

The only way to be authentic is to embrace vulnerability.

The only way to embrace vulnerability is to face fear.

The only way to face fear is to take heart.

The only way to take heart is to summon courage.

The only way to summon courage is to let go.

The only way to let go is to trust deeply.

The only way to trust deeply is to pray fervently.

The only way to pray fervently is to surrender to God.

The only way to surrender to God is to wake up.

The only way to wake up is to open your eyes.

The only way to open your eyes is to begin anew.

The only way to begin anew is through.
