I absolutely love this reminder! It makes me of a book you recommended years ago - The Shallows: What the Internet is Doing to Our Brains. Nicholas Carr called out many of these challenges 13+ years ago, and they continue to impact us. Although I don't smoke, I suspect the nicotine draw for the next smoke is very similar to the dopamine craving I get when I look away from my phone for too long.
